Joining the GBPRA

What are the benefits of joining the GBPRA?

Precision Rifle has by far the most active and welcoming community in shooting today. Being a shooter at precision rifle matches is more akin to a family reunion then it is a competition.  Becoming a member of the GBPRA not only opens doors to new ways of taking part but it also brings together like minded people from across the UK in the spirit of friendly competition.

Benefits of being a full member of the GBPRA

  • Eligible to qualify for the IPRF World Championships
  • Centre fire match scores entered on to the UK National Leader Board
  • Full access to the GBPRA members only website, Forum and facebook group
  • Unique training and development opportunities
  • Exclusive events and discounts at GBPRA hosted matches and training days
  • Member only discounts with partner companies
  • Membership card
  • GBPRA hook and loop patch and vinyl sticker
  • The opportunity to have a say in the future development of the sports

One of the most popular benefits are our national leaderboard. No matter where you compete in the country, your scores will be added and ranked against all other GBPRA members. With a match nearly every month there’s loads of opportunities to track your progression as you develop in the sport.

As a member of the GBPRA you will also become automatically eligible to attend GBPRA events and attend any training courses, clinics as well as regional and national competitions we organise. Including training events run by the top Precision Rifle shooters from around  the UK.

We will also invest in the promotion of firearms safety, introductions to the sport for all those interested but not yet shooting and, crucially, growing a fully trained and experienced network of Range Officers and Spotters/Scorers who will then be available to support at matches the length and breadth of the country.

Before applying to join, we recommend that you read in full the constitution of the GBPRA and all associated rules, policies and information
